The Provision of Services Regulations 2009 requires that we disclose our professional indemnity insurance which is Omnyy LLP 9th Floor, John Stow House, 18 Bevis Marks, London, EC3A 7JB. The territorial coverage of the insurance is worldwide excluding USA and Canada.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

RBW Restructuring always aim to provide professional client service of the highest quality.  However, if you have any complaint regarding with the service you are receiving, in the first instance please contact Tony Bayliss at 28 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HH

We take complaints very seriously and will endeavour to explain the position to you and most disputes can be resolved amicably through the provision of further information and physical meetings.

However, in the event that you have exhausted our complaints procedure and you are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved or dealt with appropriately, you may complain to the Insolvency Complaints Gateway which is operated by the Insolvency Service, an Executive Agency of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

Complaints can be submitted via an online complaints form at www.gov.uk/complain-about-insolvency-practitioner (Guidance for those who wish to complain can also be found on this site).
