Mike is a founder member of RBW Restructuring & Insolvency and is the director based in our Hertford office.

He is both a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  He has been employed within the industry for over 25 years, working predominantly at top 10 firms.  During this time he has enjoyed secondments to Australia for two years and a major high street bank’s distressed unit for six months.

Mike’s extensive experience has covered working with small owner-managed businesses to large scale global groups. He has completed independent business reviews for the key stakeholders of businesses as well as all forms of corporate restructuring, both solvent and insolvent, applying his considerable insolvency experience.

Tony is a founder member of RBW Restructuring & Insolvency and is the director based in our Epsom office in Surrey.

Tony started in the insolvency industry in 1994 and is a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner. In recent years Tony has specialised in personal insolvency and antecedent transactions but is also more than happy to assist directors on all insolvency matters.

Tony is very practical in his approach to assisting both individual and businesses and is often heard saying “if it is resolvable, let’s resolve it together”.

Richard is a founder member of RBW Restructuring & Insolvency and is the director based in our Billericay office in Essex.

Richard started his insolvency career with WH Cork Gully in 1987 and has been a director of a mid-tier practice responsible for the management of 30 insolvency professionals.

Richard specialises in all aspects of corporate insolvency and has additional experience in assisting companies, by advising and preparing for acquisition.
